Nicholas
Big Chile Inn & Suites Las Cruces provides outstanding value for money. The prices are reasonable, making it a great option for budget-conscious travelers. The hotel pays attention to detail, from unique hand-made keychains to a full wall mirror in the rooms. The location, although in a questionable neighborhood, adds character to the overall experience. Additionally, the staff is attentive and the basic amenities, such as the refrigerator and microwave in the rooms, make the stay convenient. The presence of real towels and rooms overlooking the Koi pond on the second level further enhance the overall experience. Lastly, the breakfast, with its included waffle maker, is a delightful treat.
All the aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Excellent and warm welcome: we arrived late night, looking for dinner too, and while leading us to the room the lady sent a dish of fresh fruit, melon and strawberrys, and it was quite refreshing and corroborating! Then she told us a place where we could have dinner at midnight. The hotel is undergoing restoration but everything is clean and tidy.

We appriciated the way the staff was working to make things good for us aas guests. They operated quick and alert and were very friendly. The room was good and the equipment was allright. The hotel has a very nice botanic desert garden which makes the inner space by the pool very nich to be.
The neighboorhood of the hotel is waiting for an upgrade. Although we never felt uncomfortable, it is obvious that there iswork to be done for the communitycouncil.

David does a good job of welcoming you to the motel. While it may lack some of the features of the more expensive competition, it is a good place to stay, and at a reasonable price.

This hotel is a true gem in terms of value for money. The prices are more than reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the property. From the beautifully maintained tropical gardens to the garden-shaded sitting areas, this hotel truly takes pride in creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for its guests. The rooms, particularly those on the second level overlooking the Koi pond, are charming and comfortable. And the best part? Breakfast is included and even features a waffle maker!
All in all, everything at this hotel was more than okay.

We recently stayed at a hotel with a fantastic location near several eateries and a Mexican restaurant. The parking was gated for added security, which made us feel more comfortable. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the service was incredible. We loved having a tasty breakfast each morning, and the view of the mountains in the distance was breathtaking. The pool area and courtyard were fantastic and provided a peaceful oasis in the desert.
The odor in the common areas was overwhelming and detracted from our overall experience.

It was quiet. The owners were very nice and helpful. The room was large. The price was very cheap.
It was undergoing major renovations/updates.The lobby was in shambles, but It seems the owners may be trying to do too many tasks at one time which leaves many incomplete and unsightly projects. It must be a huge undertaking to try to make improvements in an old motel in an unpopular part of town. I prefer white linens to the multicolored sheets-it reminded me of my stays at my aunt's house. White towels would be better than blue.

Manager was extremely friendly. A complimentary plate of fruit was brought to our room.
To say this hotel is an on going project is a slight understatement, breakfast is served in the reception which is not that conducive to eating breakfast. The morning we left we were greeted in reception by 3 detectives and 6 uniformed officers, no one explained their prescence and when I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was unavailable. I am sure this hotel will be fine once redecorated and all the work completed.
